Regular Check-ups:   Having regular check-ups is the key to knowing your system is performing as it should.  Many times it is assumed that all is well and the only way you might suspect there is a problem is when you find dead suffering landscaping or suspect new foundation problems.

Spring Check-up!      A late winter/early spring check-up is so important to kicking off a new growing season.  Over the winter when you aren't using your system as much is when a variety of things could go wrong with your system.

Off-Season/Winter:   Remember, your foundation, landscaping and grass need water all year long and you should "NEVER" turn your system off for the winter.  A better solution would be to keep your system on an automatic watering schedule and installing an automatic rain/freeze sensor.  This way your foundation and yard will get the water it needs. Also Important:         You should know how and be able to "turn off" and "drain" your system in the event of a deep freeze.
